37th match of ICC Worldcup 2015 has been played between New Zealand and Bangladesh at Seddon Park, Hamilton today. Putting into bat first by New Zealand, Bangladesh managed to put compitative score of 288 runs at the end of 50 overs. Mahmudullah (Bangladesh) played superb inning of 128* runs for Bangladesh. New Zealand in reply played good cricket and won the match by 3 wickets with 7 balls remaining. MJ Guptill (New Zealand) declared man of the match for his splendid inning of 105 runs of 100 balls.
Earlier, New Zealand won the oss and put Bangladesh into bat first. Bangladesh could not made batter start initially and lost both openers cheaply. Soumya Sarkar and Mahmudullah came in middle and played splendid innings for Bangladesh. Both played good innng of 51 and 128* runs respectively and put Bangladesh on respected score. In later overs Sabbir Rahman played quick inning of 40 runs of 23 balls and put Bangladesh on 288 runs at the end of 50 overs.
Following target of 289 runs, New Zealand lost inform batsman BB McCullum ealry. KS Williamson also departed early and New Zealand were in trouble. MJ Guptill and LRPL Taylor took the charge in hand and played sensible cricket for New Zealand. Both contributed well 105 and 56 runs and put New Zealand in commanding position. GD Elliott 39 and CJ Anderson 39 runs also played good quick cricket and New Zealand won the match by 3 wickets with 7 balls remaining.
