IPL 7 Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Mumbai Indians Report

36th match of IPL season 7 has been played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, Hyderabad. Mumbai with quality batting from the top won the match by 7 wickets. AT Rayudu declared man of the match for his 68 runs of 46 balls.

Earlier, Hyderabad won the toss and decided to bat first at home ground. Hyderabad Top order batsman AJ Finch played superb inning from the top and contributed very well 68 runs. DA Warner at middle also played good quick inning of 55 runs of 31 balls. At the end of 20 overs SRH managed to put respactable score of 157 runs for visitor team Mumbai.

Following target of 158 runs, Mumbai lost CM Gautam early in 2nd over. But, LMP Simmons and AT Rayudu took the charge and played splendid innings for Mumbai. Simmons and Rayudu both made 68 runs each and put Mumbai on winning position. Mumbai registered win in 18.4 overs with 7 wickets.

Thus, Mumbai got 2 important points and Hyderabad 0. LMP Simmons and AT Rayudu both played super innings for Mumbai and also contributed equal 68 runs, But, AT Rayudu declared man of the match.
