38th match of 2015 IPL season 8 will be played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad at Eden Gardens Stadium, Kolkata. Putting into bat first by Hyderabad, Kolkata managed to put 167 runs at the end of 20 overs. MK Pandey made 33 runs for Kolkata. Hyderabad in reply failed to bated well and lost the match by huge margins of 35 runs at Eden Gardens. UT Yadav declared man of the match for his dedly bowling with 2 wickets in very 1st over and led Kolkata for remarkable win.
Earlier, Hyderabad won the toss and elected to bowl first and let home team Kolkata to set target. Kolkata putting into bat first, made good start with RV Uthappa and skipper G Gambhir initially. Both played good cricket and added 57 runs for 1st wicket before Gambhir lost his wicket scoring 31 runs. Uthappa also contributed well 30 runs before left the field. MK Pandey came in middle and made 33 runs. In later overs YK Pathan played quick inning of 30 runs of 19 balls and put Kolkata on 167 runs at the end of 20 overs.
Following good target of 168 runs, Hyderabad could not made batter start and lost 2 wickets in very first over and at one stagr SRH were 2 wickets of 6 runs. DA Warner and NV Ojha both became victim of UT Yadav in very first over. S Dhawan also follow them and got out scoring 15 runs. MC Henriques with 41 runs and KV Sharma with quick 32 runs tried their level best but failed to reach KKR totals and lost the match by huge margins of 35 runs.
