Opting to bat first, after having lost 12 for 3, Bangladesh with Mushfiqur Rahim's under pressure 99 runs managed to put fighting total of 239 runs in 50 overs. Junaid Khan bowled well for PAkistan and took 4 wickets of just 19 runs in his 9 overs. Pakistan in reply after top orders flop show, managed to score 202 runs in 50 overs and lost the match by 37 runs. Bangladesh qualify for Final and will play with India on 28th Sept. Mushfiqur declared man of the match for his 99 runs.
