2nd twenty20 match of three t20i match series played between India vs Bangladesh at Arun Jaitley Stadium, New Delhi on Wednesday, October 09, 2024.
Putting into bat first by Bangladesh, India with Nitish Kumar Reddy's 34 balls quick 74 runs, Rinku Singh's 29 balls 53 runs and Hardik Pandya's 19 balls 32 runs set huge target of 222 runs for Bangladesh to get. Rishad Hossain was expensive but took 3 wickets. Taskin Ahmed bowled well and took 2 for just 16 in his 4 overs.
Following huge target of 222 runs, Bangladesh team managed to score 135/9 in 20 overs and lost the match by huge margins of 86 runs. Varun Chakravarthy and Nitish Kumar Reddy took 2 wickets each.
