DJM Short's quick 61 of 29 powered Huricanes to crushed Sixers by 60 runs
4th Big Bash league 2016-17 has been played between Sydney Sixers and Hobart Hurricanes at Sydney Ground today. Home team Sixers won the toss and put Hurricanes into bat first. Hurricanes got firing start with skipper TD Paine and DJM Short and managed to put huge score of 200 runs in 20 overs. Skipper Paine made 63 runs of 45 balls and DJM Short played quick inning of 61 runs of just 29 balls.
Sydney Sixers in reply managed to score 140 runs in 16.2 overs and lost the match by huge margins of 60 runs. JJ Roy 40 and SW Billings 42 runs were top scorers for Sixers. DJM Short (Hobart Hurricanes) declared man of the match for his quick 61 and 1 wicket.
