3rd ODI : Shubman Gills' superb 112 runs with Virat and Shreyas' fifties led India to a huge win by 142 runs & clean sweep England 3-0

3rd ODI match of three oneday international match series between India vs England played at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on Wednesday, 12 February, 2025.

Putting into bat first by England, India with superb batting performances set huge target of 357 runs for England to get. Shubman Gill 112 runs, Virat Kohli 52, Shreyas Iyer 78 and KL Rahul with 29 balls 40 runs were top scorers for India. Adil Rashid bowled well and picked up 4 wickets for England as well.

Following huge target of 357 runs, team England all out in 34.2 scoring 214 runs and lost the match by huge margins of 142 runs. Gus Atkinson and Tom Banton with 38 runs each were top scorers for England. Arshdeep, Harshit, Axar and Hardik shared 2 wickets each for India as well. Shubman Gill declared man of the match for his 112 runs. He also awarded player of the series award for his huge contribution in batting with 259 runs in 3 matches. India won series 3-0 as well.
