Putting into bat first by New Zealand, Bangladesh with Shakib Al Hasan's 40 runs, Mushfiqur Rahim's 66 runs and Mahmudullah's unbeaten 41 runs managed to set good defending target of 246 runs for New Zealand to get. Lockie Ferguson with 3 wickets was top bowler for New Zealand. Trent Boult and Matt Henry also took 2 wickets each as well.
