5th super 10 match of ICC Worldt20 2016 has been played between England and South Africa at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai today. Putting into bat first by England, South Africa with splendid batting performances put very huge score of 229 runs in 20 overs. HM Amla, Q de Kock and JP Duminy smashed firing 50s for South Africa. England in reply made record chase with J Root's 83 of 44 balls and earn 2 important points. J Root declared man of the match for his brave inning of 83 runs.
Earlier, England won the toss and decided to bowl forst. Putting into bat dirst by England, South Africa got firing start with HM Amla and Q de Kock. Both go after England top bowlers and smashed 96 runs just in 7.1 overs before Q de Kock got out scoring quick 52 runs of just 24 balls. HM Amla also played fast inning of 58 runs of just 31 balls. In later overs JP Duminy played fantastic quick inning of 54* runs of just 28 balls and put South Africa on huge totals of 229 runs in 20 overs.
Following huge target of 230 runs, England also made firing start with JJ Roy and AD Hales as well. Both played extra ordinery cricket in bwgining and smashed 48 runs just in 2.3 overs before AD Hales got out scoring quick 17 of 7 balls. JJ Roy also left the field contributing quick 43 runs of just 13 balls with 5 fantastic fours and 3 massive sixes. At one stage Englande were 160 in 13 overs and needed 70 runs in 42 balls. Jow Root in middle overs played barve cricket and contributed well 83 runs of just 44 balls and presented remarkable win to England by 2 wikets with 2 balls remaining.
