2nd Twenty20i match of five t20i match series played between India vs Australia at Greenfield Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram on Sunday, November 26, 2023.

Putting into bat first by Australia, India with Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ishan Kishan's qiuck fifties set huge target of 236 runs for Australia to get. Rinku Singh smashed 9 balls unbeaten 31 runs in last few overs as well. Nathan Ellis took 3 wickets for Australia.

Following huge target of 236 runs, Australia with Marcus Stoinis' 25 balls 45 runs and Matthew Wade's unbeaten 23 balls 42 runs fought hard but managed to score 191/9 runs in 20 overs and lost the match by 44 runs. Prasidh Krishna and Ravi Bishnoi took 3 wickets each for India as well. India led the 5-match series 2-0.
