3rd oneday international match of three odi match series between India vs Australia at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.

Opting to bat first, Australia with superb batting performances managed to set huge target of 353 runs for India to get. David Warner with 34 balls 56 runs, Mitchell Marsh with 96 runs, Steven Smith wih 74 runs and Marnus Labuschagne's 28 balls 58 runs were top scorers for Australia. Jasprit Bumrah with three wickets and Kuldeep Yadav with two wickets were top bowlers for India.

Following huge target of 353 runs, India with Rohit Sharma's 81 runs, Virat Kohli's 56 runs and Shreyas Iyer's 48 runs fought hard but fall short by 66 runs and lost the match by 66 runs. Glenn Maxwell bowled well for Australia and took four wickets of 40 runs. He declared man of the match for his wonderful bowling. India won the 3-match series 2-1 as well.
