Day 5 : Dhananjaya's 119 & Roshen Silva's fifty helps Sri Lanka to draw 3rd test, India won 3-match series 1-0
On 5th day morning Sri Lanka resume batting with 31/3 and ended on 299/5 at stumps day5. Sri Lanka faught well and played sensible cricket on 5th day. Dhananjaya led visitor's batting and smashed 119 runs before retired hurt. Roshen Silva also played good inning of 74* runs for Sri Lanka as well. Match drawn and India won 3-match series 1-0. This is India's 9th consecitive series win as well. V Kohli declared man of the match for his double ton in 1st inning and 50 in 2nd inning. He also declared man of the series for his huge contributinn with bat and made 610 runs in his 5 innings in 3 matches.

Day 4 : Dhawan-Rohit and Kohli's 50s powered India to put 410 target for Sri Lanka to get, Sri Lanka were 31/3 at stumps
On 4th day morning Sri Lanka got out scoring 373 runs and India got 163 runs lead in 1st inning. India came into bat for 2nd inning and smashed 246 runs in 52.2 overs having lost 5 wickets and declared inning just after tea break. S Dhawan 67, CA Pujara 49, V Kohli 50 and RG Sharma 50* runs were top scorers for India. Sri Lanka given 410 runs target to win. Sri Lanka lost 3 wickets in later part of day and were 31/3 at stumps day4.

3rd test of 3-match series between India and Sri Lanka begins today at Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi. India won the toss and opted to bat first. India lost Dhawan and Pujara early scoring 23 runs each. V Kohli and M Vijay took the charge in hand for India and played excellent cricket from both the ends. Both smashed centuries and added 283 runs for 3rd wicket before M Vijay got out scoring very well 155 runs. AM Rahane came in middle in later part of day and left the field scoring just 1 run. V Kohli at other hand completed his 150 runs and remain not out on 156 runs. RG Sharma joined with him and India were 371/4 at stumps Day 1. PADLR Sandakan took 2 wickets for Sri Lanka.
