1st Test : Kuldeep & Axar's killer bowling with Pujara & Gill's 100s led India to knees down Bangladesh by 188 runs and led series 1-0

1st test match of t20i match series will be played between Bangladesh vs India at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram during Wednesday, December 14 to 18, 2022.

Day-5

Bangladesh team all out scoring 324 runs adding 52 runs of previous day score and lost the match by huge 188 runs. Shakib Al Hasan played good inning of 84 runs for Bangladesh. Axar Patel with 4 wickets and Kuldeep Yadav with 3 wickets were top bowlers for India as well. Kuldeep Yadav declared man of the match for his 8 wikets in match. India led 2-match series 1-0.

Day-4

Resume batting on 42/0, Bangladesh team with Zakir Hasan's 100 runs, Najmul Hossain's 67 runs and Shakib Al Hasan's unbeaten 40* runs were 272/6 at stumps Day-4 and still requied 241 runs to win. Axar Patel bowled well and took 3 wickets. India needs 4 wickets to win 1st test od 2-match series.

Day-3

Resume batting on 133/8, Bangladesh team all out scoring just 150 runs in 1st inning. India gain lead of 254 runs. Kuldeep Yadav took 5 wickets for India. Bating in 2nd inning, India with Shubman Gill and CA Pujara's centuries made 258 runs in 61.4 overs and declared inning. India set 513 runs target for Bangladesh to get. Bangladesh were 42/0 at stumps and still trailed by 471 runs.

Day-2

Resume batting on 278/6, India with R Ashwin's 58 runs and Kuldeep Yadav's 40 runs managed to score 404 in 1st inning. Taijul Islam and Mehidy Hasan took 4 wickets each for Bangladesh. Bating in 1st inning, Bangladesh with poor batting score 133/8 at stumps Day-2. Kuldeep Yadav took 4 wickets and Mohammed Siraj took 3 wickets for India. Bangladesh still trailed by 271 runs over India's 1st inning score.

Day-1

Opting to bat first, India lost top three wickets early on team score 48 runs. RR Pant joined with CA Pujara and played quick 46 runs inning before left the field. Shreyas Iyer joinede with Pujara and took the charge in hand for India. Pujara lost his wickets scoring well 90 runs. SS Iyer still remaing not out at stumps Day-1 scoring wonderful 82 runs. Taijul Islam bowled well and took 3 wickets for Bangladesh. India were 278/6 at stumps Day-1.
