3rd T20i match of limited overs match series between Sri Lanka vs India played at Pallekele Cricket Stadium, Kandy on Tuesday, 30 July, 2024.

Putting into bat first by Sri Lanka, India with poor batting performances managed to set small target of 138 runs for Sri Lanka to get. Shubman Gill with 39 runs, Riyan Parag 26 runs and Washington Sundar with 25 runs were tops scorers for India. Maheesh Theekshana took 3 wickets for Sri Lanka as well.

Following 138 runs target Sri Lanka top order batsmen playd well and Nissanka 26 runs, Kusal Mendis 43 runs and Kusal Perera46 runs played well but other batsmen failed to bat well and Sri Lanka also score 137 runs in 20 overs and match tied. In super over Sri Lanka made 2 runs and lost 2 wickets in 3 balls. India made chase in 1 ball and won the match in super over elimonator. Washington Sundar declared man of the match. India won 3-match t20i series 3-0 as well. Suryakumer declared player of the series.
