Players sign up for IPL Auction 2018
Deadline of registration for IPL 2018 player auction ended today on 12th January and Total 1122 players signed up to be a part of IPL Player Auction scheduled to take place in Bangalore on January 27-28 2018. Emerging huge poplarity in last 10 seasons, IPL 11th edition attracts top cricket stars of world cricket to be a part of Indian Premier League 2018 as well.
Total 1122 players contains 281 capped players, 838 uncapped players, including 778 Indians and 3 players from the Associate nations (USA 2 and Scotland 1) as well.
The country-wise 282 overseas players is as under.

Indian star players Gautam Gambhir, Yuvraj Singh, R Ashwin, Harbhajan Singh, Ajinkya Rahane, Kuldeep Yadav, KL Rahul and M Vijay go under the hammer in IPL 2018 auction.
Overseas star players Chris Gayle, HM Amla, Ben Stokes, Chris Lynn, Joe Root, Eoin Morgan, Mitchell Starc, Glenn Maxwell, Shane Watson, Mitchell Johnson, SL Malinga, Pat Cummins, Faf du Plessis, Quinton de Kock, David Miller, Morne Morkel, Kane Williamson, Colin Munro, Tom Latham, Kagiso Rabada, Dwayne Bravo, Carlos Brathwaite, Evin Lewis, Angelo Mathews, Niroshan Dickwella, Thisara Perera and Jason Holder also come up for VIVO IPL Player Auction 2018.
India U19 captain Prithvi Shaw, Baroda skipper Deepak Hooda, all-rounder Krunal Pandya and Basil Thampi will fill up the uncapped players’ slot. Australian D'Arcy Short and youngster Jofra Archer will be hoping to cash in on their recent T20 form as well.
