Putting into bat first by Chennai, Delhi put good total of 175 runs with PP Shaw's 64 runs and Dhawan-Pant's thirties. Chennai in reply made 131 runs and lost the match by 44 runs. K Rabada took 3 wickets and A Nortje picked up 2 wickets with good peace of bowling for Delhi. A Nortje also bowled tight spell of 4-0-21-2. PP Shaw declared man of the match for his 64 valuable runs.
