49th Match of the 14th season Indian Premier League 2021 played between Kolkata Knight Riders vs Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday, October 03, 2021 at Dubai Cricket Stadium, Dubai at 7:30 pm.

Opting to bat frtst, Hyderabad with very poor batting perofrmances managed to set very small target of 116 runs for Kolkata to get. Kane Williamson 26 runs and Abdul Samad 25 runs were top scorers for SRH. Tim Southee, Shivam Mavi and Varun Chakravarthy took 2 wickets each for Kolkata as well. Following small target, Kolkata with Shubhman Gill's sensible 57 runs and Nitish Rana's 25 runs made chase easily in 19.4 overs and won by 6 wickets. Shubhman declared man of the match for his 57 runs.
