2nd Qualifier : Venkatesh's 41 balls 55 runs & Shubhman's sensible 46 runs led KKR to upset DC by 3 wkts and qualify for Final

2nd Qualifier Match of the 14th season Indian Premier League 2021 played between Delhi Capitals vs Kolkata Knight Riders on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah at 7:30 pm.

Putting into bat first by Kolkata, Delhi with S Dhawan's 36 and SS Iyer's 30 unbeaten runs managed to set small target of 136 runs for Kolkata in very important match. Varun Chakravarthy took 2 wickets with superb bowling performance. Kolkata in reply started confidently with S Gill and V Iyers. S Gill made 46 runs and Venkatesh Iyer smashed 41 balls 55 runs with 3 massive sixes. Other lower orders lost wickets in qiuck successions and Kolkata were in trouble. Rahul Tripathi hits six on last second ball of match and presented remarkable win by 3 wickets. Venkatesh declared man of the match. Kolkata advanced for Final and will play with Chennai on 15th Oct, 2021.
