Putting into bat first by Bangalore, Sunrisers Hyderabad Kane Williamson's 31 runs managed to set small but defending target of 142 runs for Bangalore to get. Harshal Patel once again bowled wel and took 3 wickets of 33 runs. Dan Christian also picked up 2 wickets of 14 runs as well. Bangalore in reply fought hard with Padikkal's 41 runs and Maxwell's 25 balls 40 runs but managed to score 137 runs in 20 overs and lost the match by just 4 runs. All five bowlers took 1 wicket each.
