4th Match of the 14th season Indian Premier League 2021 played between Rajasthan Royals vs Punjab Kings on Monday, April 12, 2021 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai at 7:30 pm.

Putting into bat first by Rajasthan, Punjab lost Mayank Agrawal early but, CH Gayle joined with skipper KL Rahul and took the charge in hand for Punjab. Gayle made quick 28 balls 40 runs before lrft the field. Deepak Hooda joined with KL Rahul and played wonderful quick inning of 28 balls 64 runs with 6 massive sixes. KL Rahul also played special inning of 50 balls 91 runs before left the field. Punjab set very huge target of 222 runs for Rajasthan to get.

Following huge target of 222 runs, Rajasthan new skipper Sanju Samson single handed fought remarkably well and smashed 119 runs in his debut captaincy match but short by just 4 runs and lost very heart beating last ball finished match by 4 runs margin. Sanju samson declared man of the match for his brave 119 runs of just 63 balls with seven massive sixes.
