Match 20 : Both teams DC & SRH score 159 runs each in 20 overs and Delhi won in super over eliminator

20th Match of the 14th season Indian Premier League 2021 played between Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Delhi Capitals on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chepauk, Chennai at 7:30 pm.

Opting to bat first, Delhi with PP Shaw's 39 balls 53 runs, RR Pant's 37 runs and SPD Smith's 25 balls 34 runs managed to set good defending total of 159 runs in 20 overs. Siddarth Kaul took two wickets for Hyderabad as well.

Following 160 runs target, Hyderabad lost Warner early. Bairstow played quick inning of 18 balls 38 runs. Kane Willimson also played wonderful inning of unbeaten 66 runs but, Hyderabad score level 159 runs in 20 overs and match turn into super over. Avesh Khan bowled well and took 3 wickets of 34 runs. In Super over, SRH made 7 runs and Delhi made chase on last ball of super over and won the Super over eliminator. PP Shaw declared man of the match for his 53 runs.
