Match 3 : Nitish Rana and Rahul Tripathi's fifties led KKR to crush SRH by 10 runs

3rd match of the 14th season Indian Premier League 2021 played between Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Kolkata Knight Riders on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chepauk, Chennai at 7:30 pm.

Putting into bat first by Hyderabad, Kolkata with Nitish Rana and Rahul Tripathi's fifties set huge target of 188 runs for SRH to get. Nitish Rana played good inning of 80 run of just 56 balls with four massive sixes. Rahul Tripathi also played good inning of 29 balls 53 runs for Kolkata. Rashid Khan and Mhd Nabi bowled well and took 2 wickets each.

Following 188 runs, Hyderabad lost both openers early on team score 10 runs. JM Bairstow amd Manish Pandey took the charge in hand for SRH and played good cricket. Bairstow made useful 55 runs before left the field. MK Pandey also played well and contributed 61 unbeaten runs. At last Hyderabad managed to score 177 runs and lost the match by 10 runs margin. Nitish Rana declared man of the match for his 80 runs.
