IPL Match 17 : Abhishek Sharma's 75 runs & RA Tripathi's 15 balls 39* runs led Hyderabad to upset Chennai by 8 wkts
IPLT20 2022 Chennai Super Kings vs Sunrisers Hyderabad Match 17 played on Saturday, April 09, 2022 at DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai.
Putting into bat first by Hyderabad, Chennai managed to set 155 runs target with Moeen Ali's 48 runs and Ambati Rayudu's 27 runs. Ravindra Jadeja also played small quick inning of 15 balls 23 runs in later overs. Washington Sundar and T Natarajan took 2 wickets each for SRH as well.
Following 155 runs, Hyderabad with Abhishek Sharma's wonderful 50 balls 75 runs, Kane Williamson's 32 runs and Rahul Tripathi's quick 15 balls 39 unbeaten runs made chase easily in 17.4 overs and won the match cemprehensively by 8 wickets. Abhishek sharma declared man of the match for his 75 runs.
