Match 46 : Ruturaj's 99 runs & Conway's 85* runs with Choudhary's 4 for helps Chennai to upset Hyderabad by 13 runs

IPLT20 2022 Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Chennai Super Kings Match 46 played on Sunday, May 01, 2022 at MCA Stadium, Pune.

Putting into bat first by Hyderabad, Chennai with Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway's excellent batting performances set huge target of 203 runs for Hyderabad to get. Ruturaj smashed 57 balls 99 runs and got out with just one run short of his century. Devon Conway also played quick inning of 55 balls 85 unbeaten runs. T Natarajan was only successful bowler with 2 wickets of 42 runs.

Following huge target of 203 runs, Hyderabad got good start with Abhishek and Willimson initlayy. Abhishek played well and made 39 runs. Kane Williamson also played good inning of 47 runs. In later overs Nicholas Pooran played quick inning of 33 balls 64 unbeaten runs but Hyderabad lost the match by 13 runs. Mukesh Choudhary took 4 wickets spending 46 runs. Ruturaj Gaikwad declared man of the match for his 99 runs.
