IPL Match 12 : KL Rahul & Hooda's fifties followed by Avesh Khan's 4 for 24 runs led LSG to knees down SRH by 12 runs
IPLT20 2022 Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Lucknow Super Giants Match 12 played on Monday, April 04, 2022 at DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai.
Putting into bat first by Hyderabad, Lucknow with Deepak Hood's 33 balls 51 runs and KL Rahul's sensible 50 balls 68 runs set good target of 170 runs for HYderabad to get. Washington Sundar, Romario Shepherd and T Natarajan took 2 wickets each for Hyderabad as well.
Following 170 runs, Hyderabad most batsmen got good start but failed to convert long innings and lost wickets in regular interwals. Rahul Tripathi 30 balls 44 runs and N Pooran with 24 balls 34 runs played good innings but SRH managed to score 157 runs and lost the match by 12 runs margin. Avesh Khan bowled well and took 4 wkts for 24 runs. Jason Holder also took 3 wkts. Avesh Khan declared man of the match.
