IPLT20 2023 Chennai Super Kings vs Sunrisers Hyderabad match played on Friday, April 21, 2023 at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.
Putting into bat first by Chennai, Hyderabad most batsmen got good start but failed to play long and quick innings. Abhishek Sharma with 34 runs was top scorer for Hyderabad. With slow batting SRH managed to score 134 runs having lost 7 wickets. Ravindra Jadeja bowled well and took 3 wickets spending 22 runs in his 4 overs.
Following small target of 135 runs, Chennai got good start with DP Conway and RD Gaikwad initially. Both added 87 runs before Gaikwad got unfortunately run out scoring 35 runs.
