IPL Match-14 : Mohammed Siraj's 3 for 19 runs followed by Jos Buttler's 39 balls 73* runs led GT to knees down RCB by 8 wkts
14th Match of IPLT20 2025 between Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs Gujarat Titans played on Wednesday, April 02, 2025 at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru at 7:00 pm.
Putting into bat first by Gujarat, Bengaluru top order batsmen faild to bat well and at one stage RCB were 4/42 in 6.2 overs. Liam Livingstone with 40 balls 54 runs, Jitesh Sharma 33 runs and Tim David's 18 balls 32* runs managed to set 170 runs target for Gujarat to get. Mohammed Siraj bowled well for G and took 3 wickets of 19 runs. Sai Kishore also picked up 2 wickets of 22 runs.
Following 170 runs target, Gujarat with Sai Sudharsan's 49 runs, Jos Buttler's quick 39 balls 73* runs and Sherfane Rutherford's 18 balls 30* runs made chase easily in 17.5 overs and won the match by 8 wickets. Mohammed Siraj declared man of the match for his tight bowling spell with 3 wickets for 19 runs in his 4 overs.
