27th Match of IPLt20 2016 has been played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad on 30th April 2016. Putting into bat first by Bangalore, Hyderabad put huge total of 194 runs with DA Warner's 92 and KS Williamson's 50 runs in 20 overs. Bangalore could not chased the given target and managed to score 179 runs in 20 overs and lost the match by 15 runs. DA Warner declared man of the match for his 92 runs from the top.

Earlier, Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and elected to field first. Hyderabad lost S Dhawan earlty scoring 11 runs. KS Williamson joined with skipper DA Warner and took the charge in hand for Hyderabad. Both played superb cricket and added 124 runs for 2nd wicket. KS Williamson left the field scoring 50 runs and DA Warner started to go after Bangalore well and made quick 92 runs of just 50 balls with 9 fours and 5 massive sixes. In later overs MC Henriques played quick inning of 31 runs in 14 balls and put 194 runs on board in 20 overs.

Following huge target of 195 runs, Bangalore lost inform batsman skipper V Kohli in runs chase of 14 runs early. KL Rahul and AB de Villiers played good cricket in middle overs and contributed 51 and 47 runs before left the field. Other middle and lower orders could not follow the higher required run rates and Bangalore managed to score 179 runs in 20 overs and lost the match by 15 runs.
