Putting into bat first by Punjab, Delhi with Shai Hope 33 runs, David Warner 29 runs and lower order batsman Abishek Porel's super quick 10 balls 32 runs firing inning managed to set good target of 175 runs for Punjab to get. Arshdeep Singh & Harshal Patel took 2 wickets each for Punjab.
Following 175 runs target, Punjab with Sam Curran's wonderful 47 balls 63 runs and Liam Livingstone's quick 21 balls 38 unbeaten runs made chase easiily in 19.2 overs and won the match by 4 wickets. Sam Curran declared man of the match for his 63 match winning runs.
