1st Test match of two test match series played between South Africa vs India at SuperSport Park, Centurion during Tuesday, 26 to Saturday 30 December, 2023.

South Africa with wonderful batting and bowling preformances registered comprehensive win over India by inning and 32 runs at Centurion.

Putting into bat first by Africa, India all out scoring 245 runs with KL Rahul's 101 runs. Kegiso Rabada took 5 wickets for Africa. South Africa in reply smashed 408 runs with Den Elgar's superb 184 runs and Jansen's 84 runs. Bumrah took 4 wickets for India. Batting in 2nd inning India all out scoring just 131 runs and lost the match by an innings and 32 runs. Dean Elger declared man of the match.
