2nd T20i : Dhananjaya de Silva with unbeaten 40 runs led Sri Lanka to chase small traget of 132 and won by 4 wkts

2nd twenty20 international match of three T20i match series played between Sri Lanka and India on July 24, 2021.

Putting into bat first by Sri Lanka, India with 5 new t20 playes debut, managed to set small target of 133 runs for Sri Lanka to get in 20 overs. S Dhawan with 40 runs were top scorer for India. Sri Lanka in reply with Minod Bhanuka's 36 runs and Dhananjaya de Silva's unbeaten 40 runs made chase in 19.4 overs and won the match by 4 wickets. Dhananjaya de Silva declared man of the match for his 40 runs. 3-match t20i series level 1-1 as well.
