3rd ODI : A Fernando's 76 runs & B Rajapaksa's 65 runs led Sri Lanka to win over India by 3 wkts, India seal series 2-1

3rd One-day international match of three ODI match series will behas been played between Sri Lanka and India on July 19, 2021.

Opting to bat first, India managed to set small target of 226 runs for Sri Lanka to get in 47 overs. India made huge change in taem and introduce five new players in final eleven. PP shaw 49, Sanju Samson 46 and SA Yadav 40 runs were top scorers for India. Akila Dananjaya and Praveen Jayawickrama bowled well and took three wickets for Sri Lanka.

Following small target of 227 runs, Sri Lanka made chase in 39 overs with Avishka Fernando's 76 runs and Bhanuka Rajapaksa's quick 56 balls 65 runs and won the match by three wickets. Rahul Chahar bowled well and took 3 wickets for India. Avishka Fernando declared man of the match for his sensible 76 runs. India won 3 match series 2-1.
