2nd match of Investec Test Series between England and India commence today at Lodr's cricket ground, England. England won the toss and decided to field first. India putting into bat first could not made batter start and lost S Dhawan early scoring just 7 runs. Other top order also faild to kept wickets in hand for long and at one stage India were 145/7. Ajinkya Rahane bated well and made 103 runs before lost his wicket. JM Anderson bowled well and picked up important 4 wickets. At stump India were 290/9.
M Shami (14*) and Ishant Sharma (12*) to bat on second day.

Four key wickets of Bhuvneshwar Kumar helps India to come back on 2nd day of Investec Test Series between England and India at Lodr's cricket ground, England. India inning ended very soon when 2nd day game started as last wicket fall adding just 5 runs of previous day score. England started inning very slowly and confidently but, Bhuvneshwar Kumar's superb bowling helps India to sent top orders back to pavillion early. Only GS Ballance played well India's simers and made superb 110 runs before lost his wicket. At stump England were 219/6
LE Plunkett (4*) and MJ Prior(w) (2*) to bat on Day 3.

On 3rd day England managed to add 100 more runs in previous day totals and made 319 runs in their first inning. Bhuvneshwar kumar picked-up 6 wickets for India. India bated in second inning and made 169 runs of 4 wickets. M Vijay made 59* runs and CA Pujara contributed 43 runs.
M Vijay 59* and MS Dhoni 12 to bat on Day 4.

On 4th day India managed to add 173 more runs in previous day totals and made 342 runs in their second inning. M Vijay made very well 95 runs, RA Jadeja in lower order contributed useful 68 runs and Bhuvneshwar kumar once again bated well and made superb 52 runs for India. BA Stokes and LE Plunkett picked-up 3 wickets each for England. England bated in second inning and made 105 runs of 4 wickets. JE Root 14 and MM Ali 15 were not out at stump on day 4.
England needed 214 runs and India needed 6 wickets to win the match on 5th day.

On 5th day England continued with 105/4 very confidently upto lunch time. But after lunch England middle order and lower order batsmen knees down against Ishant Sharma and lost the match by 95 runs. England managed to score 223 runs well behind of 95 runs. Ishant Sharma picked-up 7 wickets of England Second inning and declared man of the match for his superb bowling performance.
5 test match Series India led 1-0.
