The 11th Season of IPL 2018 featured 8 teams. In group stage matches, Hyderabad with 9 wins in 14 matches qualify for IPL 2018 Playoffs. SRH defeted by CSK in 1st Qualifier match but got another chance to play 2nd Qualifier against KKR. In 2nd Qualifier match, Hyderabad won against Kolkata by 13 runs and got ticket to finale of IPL 2018 to play with Chennai. The final match played at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai where Hyderabad played with two times title holder Chennai Super Kings and Chennai won the match by 8 wickets. The final match was played at the Eden Gardens Stadium, Kolkata where two times title holder Chennai Super Kings played against Mumbai Indians. Mumbai Indians won the match by 23 Runs and won IPL Trophy for the First time in Indian Premier Legue history. |
