3rd Match ICC World T20 2014 : 3rd match of ICC world t20 2014 was played between Ireland and Zimbabwe at Sylhet Divisonal Stadium, Bangladesh. Ireland won the match by 3 wickets against Zimbabwe.

Earlier, Ireland skipper won the Toss and decided to field first ant let Zimbabwe to set target. Zimbabwe played good and aggrassive cricket and put huge score of 163 runs in 20 overs. Zimbabwe skipper BRM Taylor played superb inning of 59 runs of just 46 balls. In later overs E Chigumbura also played quick inning of 22 runs of 13 balls.

Following huge target of 164 runs, Ireland openers started their inning very aggrassively. Both opening batsmen played quick innings for Ireland. Skipper WTS Porterfield contributed useful 31 runs of 23 balls and PR Stirling made fast 60 runs of just 34 balls. Middle order batsmen also played well and Ireland won the match by 3 wickets on the last ball of the 20th over.
