38th match of IPL season 7 has been played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Daredevils at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore. Yuvraj Singh 38 of 29 balls led Bangalore to win against Delhi by 16 runs. Yuvraj Singh declared man of the match for his firing inning of 68 runs of 29 balls.
Earlier, Delhi won the toss and put Bangalore into bat first and set target. Bangalore started inning with CH Gayle and PA Patel slowly and steadily. Initially Gayle could not played big shots and rotate strike rates as well. Gayle started to play big shots after few over but got out in hurry scoring 22 runs. Next coming V Kohli also faild to stood in middle for loan as got run out scoring 10 runs. AB de Villiers joined with PA Patel and played good cricket in middle overs. PA Patel made 29 runs before he departed. AB de Villiers go after Delhi's bowlers and smashed 33 runs of just 17 balls before bowled by Kaul. In later overs previous man high scorer Yuvraj Singh agains shown his batter form and fired 68 runs of just 29 balls with 9 massive sixes and 1 four. After 20 overs Bangalore managed to put very huge score of 186 runs for Delhi.
Following huge target of 187 runs, Delhi could not made batter start and lost both opening batsmen Q de Kock (6) and M Vijay (1) early. M Agrawal and skpper KP Pietersen took the charge and payed good cricket in middle overs. They made 31 and 33 respectively. JP Duminy also played good inning of 48 runs of 30 balls. But in later overs lower order batsmen could not managed the higher run rates and lost the match by
