17th match of 2015 IPL season 8 will be played between Delhi Daredevils and Kolkata Knight Riders at Freozeshah Kotla Stadium, Delhi. Daredevils putting into bat first by Kolkata managed to put 146 runs in 20 overs. Kolkata in relpy with Gautam Gambhir's leading inning of 60 runs with YK Pathan's 40* runs chase succeefully the given target in 18.1 overs and won the match by 6 wickets.
Earlier, Kolkata won the toss and put home team Delhi to bat first and set target. Delhi could made batter start and lost MA Agarwal early scoring just 1 run. Skipper JP Duminy also made his way scoring 5 runs. SS Iyer and MK Tiwary took charge in hand and played some good cricket in middle overs. Both contributed well 31 ans 32 runs respectively. Other middle and lower orders could not bated well and at the end of 20 overs Delhi managed to score 146 runs for Kolkata.
Following small traget of 147 runs, Kolkata started inning with RV Uthappa and skipper Gautam Gambhir confidently. Both played well but, RV Uthappa 13 and MK Pandey 0 run got out in over and pur Kolkata n trouble. Suryakumar Yadav joined with and played short but good inning of 24 runs in 16 balls. Gautam Gambhir played very useful inning of 60 runs with YK Pathan's 40* of 26 balls led Kolkata to made comprehensive win over Delhi by 6 wickets.
