48th match of 2015 IPL season 8 will be played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kings 11 Punjab at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad. Having won the toss Hyderabad put good totals of 185 runs with skipper DA Warner's superb batting performance and contributed well 81 runs. Punjab in reply score 190 runs and lost the match by 5 runs. DA Miller played good inning of 89 runs for Punjab but not enough to reach SRH totals. Da Warner declared man of the match for his splendid batting with 81 runs.
Earlier, Hyderabad won the toss and chose to bat first. Da Warner led from fron and smashed 81 runs in 52 balls and put Hyderabad on good totals of 185 runs in 20 overs.
Following target of 186 runs, Punjab got good start with M Vijay and M vohra initially but, other top orders failed to bat well and lost wickets cheaply. DA Miler played splendid inning of 89 runs of just 44 balls with 9 massive sixes for Punjab but he could not got good stand from other end and lost the match by just 5 runs at Hyderabad.
